You may use Swift Scale CRM solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform:


Complies with all applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC).Does not violate any third-party rights. Is not used for spamming, abusive behavior, or illegal activity.




2. Account Registration


To access the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.




3. Payments & Billing


All payments for Swift Scale CRM services are due in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.


All payments are final and non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel recurring subscriptions before renewal if you no longer wish to use the Services.




4. No Refund Policy


Swift Scale CRM maintains a

strict no refund policy

Once payment is made for any digital product, subscription, onboarding, or custom CRM configuration, no refunds or credits will be issued. All purchases are final.




5. Client Responsibility


You are fully responsible for:


Your use of Swift Scale CRM’s messaging and automation tools. Ensuring proper registration for A2P 10DLC (if applicable). Understanding and complying with communication laws and regulations.


Swift Scale CRM will not be held responsible for any fines, violations, or legal actions resulting from your misuse, misconfiguration, or non-compliance.




6. Acceptable Use


You agree

Send unsolicited or deceptive messagesViolate intellectual property rights Harass, abuse, or harm othersInterfere with system integrity or functionality


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine you have violated these terms.




7. Intellectual Property


All content, branding, tools, templates, and documentation provided by Swift Scale CRM remain the intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary content without written consent.




8. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Scale CRM shall not be liable for:


Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesLoss of data, profits, or business opportunities Penalties, fines, or damages resulting from misuse of the platform


Use of the Services is at your own risk.




9. Modifications to Services and Terms


We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.




10. Termination


We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
