Due to the nature of digital services and intellectual property, once access has been granted or setup has begun:
We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits.This includes—but is not limited to—CRM access, automations, white-label deployments, snapshot imports, or strategy sessions.

Any financial loss due to misconfiguration or user error.Penalties, fines, or damages due to misuse of messaging tools or non-compliance with telecommunications laws (e.g., A2P 10DLC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
